Located on popular fenton street, an easy five minute stroll to the rotorua town centre.there are standard and executive studio units with an indoor spa bath, or standard and executive one bedroom suites all with an individual outdoor courtyard and a self filling private spa pool. all units have sky digital tv, dvd and high speed in room internet. hush glass, thermal heating, modern stylish fittings and furnishings are used throughout ensuring a very comfortable stay.there is an onsite guest laundry, dry cleaning, business services and a tour booking desk.

• from the south (whakatane/taupo) you will pass te puia thermal area on your right, you will find us 2 km"s further on into rotorua opposite rotorua racecourse.

Modern home set in lovely garden with wonderful views of lake rotorua. the 17 ½ acre farm has cattle and sheep. there is a tennis court. they have a small cat and a dog, not allowed in guest areas. dinny is a sawmill manager and val is a homestay host. they have many interests, but especialy enjoy gardening and tennis.
