Cancellation Policy

• A minimum cancellation fee of $110.00 will be charged if you cancel your booking, in addition to any fees imposed by the supplier, which may be up to 100% of monies paid. a fee of $27.50 will be charged for amendments. for further details please refer to the aot group, contact details listed below. accommodation supplier’s cancellation conditions:
• valid for 01apr08-31mar10: cancellations within 24 hours (by 4.00 pm) prior to the day of arrival and no shows will be charged. if clients make a reservation on open vouchers they will be asked for a credit card guarantee for the first night in each location. in the event of a no show there will be a one night cancellation fee at rack rate.
