• - for cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date, a fee of 1 night’s accommodation will be charged. no refund for no shows.
• peak seasons 13apr-17apr06, 22jun-03jul06 & 23dec06-07jan07:
• - for cancellations within 7 days of arrival date, no refund will be given.
