Modern home set in lovely garden with wonderful views of lake rotorua. the 17 ½ acre farm has cattle and sheep. there is a tennis court. they have a small cat and a dog, not allowed in guest areas. dinny is a sawmill manager and val is a homestay host. they have many interests, but especialy enjoy gardening and tennis.

From south: head north on state highway 5, take turnoff to ngongotaha. travel through ngongotaha over the railway crossing and take second road (oturoa road). turn into fleming road which is first on right. property is right at the end of road. from north: take oturoa road off state highway 5. fleming road is second on left. arrival time: not before 3:30pm. departure: by 10:00am. if you are going to arrive after 6:00pm, please phone your hosts. hospitality plus freephone 0508 109 175.
